Phil Unger, founder, has 20+ years of experience in the wine industry including import, distribution, internet, and retail.  He has pursued the study and tasting of wine both in the USA with the Society of Wine Educators/New Jersey, and with the Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux.  He has lived in France and spent significant time in Europe following the wine trail to further his knowledge.  It is rumored that he is always looking for the next great meal or perfect wine/food pairing.  The same passion that brought him to the wine industry drove him to start Phillip’s Wine Trust, LLC.
